Zambian highly gifted rap music duo – Dope Boys, have released a statement which has made most music fans nod their head in agreement. Recently, an association for musicians was created and it is called ” Zambia Association of Musicians” and the one elected as President is B Flow, and his Vice President KB Killa Beats. When the Dope Boys were hosted on a certain interview on television, they were asked why mostly Copperbelt Province based musicians do not take part in some activities hosted by ZAM, such as the recent soccer games and that is when they suggested or advised the ZAM President B Flow.
Dope Boys responded that it is not easy for Copperbelt and other provinces because all the leaders in ZAM, are based in Lusaka. But if they had put in some representatives across the country to help manage artists in those other areas, it can be very easy for them to participate. They also stated that it could be the reason why most upcoming artists from other provinces find it difficult to be nominated in award shows, unless for those based in Lusaka. Stay tuned for more updates!!!
